Make Your Reservation Online
  • Please note the menu at Dish Bistro & Wine Bar changes based on item availability.
  • No gift certificates, or gift cards are accepted when guests choose to participate in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.  (Our regular menu will be offered and gift cards/certificates can be redeemed.)
  • Guests cannot combine promotions.  For example, guests cannot do Restaurant Week and participate in 1/2 Price Bottle of Wine Wednesdays at Dish Bistro.  Every guest at a table would have to not order off the Restaurant Week menu in order to take advantage of another promotion offered by Dish.
  • Restaurant Week menus are meant as a "tasting menu"; portions are appropriate to a tasting menu.
  • Restaurant Week menus cannot be modified or substituted.  Guests with allergies should contact Dish Bistro & Wine Bar prior to making/showing up for a reservation.  We will do our best to accommodate our guests' needs whenever possible.
  • All guests wishing to participate in Restaurant Week must make a reservation online or call us directly at 845-621-3474.
