The Chef's Table at Dish Bistro & Wine Bar
We serve a seasonal tasting menu that focuses on local ingredients. A meal with us consists of courses which include communal dishes as well as some individual choices. We offer the same tasting menu for both lunch and dinner service and a meal lasts roughly three hours.
The price of our tasting menu is 5 courses at $110 per guest.
This price excludes beverages, tax, and gratuity.
Menu pairings with wine, spirits, and beer are available in addition to booking the room table with Wine Pro, Brian Mitchell.
Seasonal custom menus in addition to an inspired vegan course list are available and are at the discretion of the chef.

hand caught bay scallops, cooked over natural charcoal in shell, local organic apple wood smoke

Squid ink risotto, basil creme, mussels, goose barnacles, sea bass, lemon foam
Course 4: Le Petite Ferme
beer & herb braised short rib, lamb sausage, suspended duck

Purple sweet potato gelato, chocolate mousse, bombolocino
