The oxtail is good old savory comfort style food for the rainy days, slow cooked to fall of the bone and the snapper is bright and uplifting! Plus, this week I'm excited to share our Zucchini Blossom Beignets. Inspired by my Nonna's zucchini flower fritters the nostalgia these guys bring pairs perfectly with a french sauvignon blanc!
